Service Description

A gentle seated Pilates class focusing on building up strength, core stability, and overall flexibility. Specifically designed for clients who struggle to get down onto the floor/mat to exercise. This class focuses on balance, posture, and core strength for better gait and overall balance. Strengthening feet, ankles, knees, and hips to stabilize the lower body as well as core, back, and shoulder girdle to support the shoulders and spine. As I get to know you and the group, I tend to customize the workout program to fit and suit everybody. Classes are kept small for individual attention.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that refunds or credits for packages/individual classes are not available, so take care when booking. If there is a space in a different class in the same week - I might be able to swap, depending on availability. I can only confirm a space on the day of the class as a swapped class can't be added to the booking system.
