All classes are mixed ability (unless stated otherwise) and all levels are welcome. I teach options for each exercises and I adapt movements to fit and suit every person. Classes are small and friendly.

Booking Your Pilates Classes

I believe that consistency is the key to seeing real results in your body and mind. To support this, I offer two ways to join my classes: Monthly Packages for those seeking a regular routine, and Individual Bookings for those who need more flexibility.
 

1. Monthly Packages

The "Pilates Academy" Model This is the best option if you want to guarantee your spot in a specific class every week. By booking a package, you are enrolling in a dedicated block of training where each class builds upon the last.

  • Price: £52 per month (based on 4 classes at £13 each). Or £44 for Senior & Chair Pilates.

  • Guaranteed Space: Your chosen time slot is secured for you for the entire calendar month.

  • Priority Renewal: You get the first right of refusal to keep your spot for the following month.

  • How to Book: Packages cannot be booked via the website. Please email me directly to secure your spot and receive further details.
     

2. Individual Class Bookings

This option is perfect if you have an unpredictable schedule, work shifts, or cannot commit to every week.

  • Price: £14 per class. (£12.50 for Senior & Chair Pilates)

  • How to Book: These can be booked directly on my website.

  • Release Dates: Any spaces not filled by package holders are released on the website during the final week of the month for the following month.

  • Waitlist: If a class is marked as "Full" online, feel free to email me. I can often manually slot you in if a last-minute space opens up.
     

Booking & Attendance Policy

As a small, one-person business, I rely on these policies to keep my classes running smoothly and fairly for all my clients.

  • No Refunds or Credits: All bookings (Packages and Individual) are final. To cover my overheads and insurance, I am unable to offer refunds or credits for missed classes.

  • Personal Use Only: Bookings are strictly non-transferable. Your spot is reserved exclusively for you and cannot be shared, sold, or gifted.

  • Commitment: Packages are reserved for those who can attend weekly. Frequent cancellations or "no-shows" may result in a temporary move to Individual Bookings to ensure everyone on the waiting list gets a fair chance to practice.

Which option is right for you?

  • Choose a Package if you want to save on your practice and know your spot is always waiting for you.

  • Choose Individual Classes if you prefer to book session-by-session based on your schedule.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

ALL CLASSES ARE KEPT SMALL FOR INDIVIDUAL ATTENTION.

All classes provided by Sandra are suitable for all levels and kept small for individual attention. As an exercise specialist, Sandra is qualified and insured to train professional athletes and individuals with long-term conditions and injuries. Adaptation, modifications, and options are provided in each class and every exercise to suit individual needs and or limitations.
In doing so, participants are provided an exercise plan that is uniquely catered to addressing individual requirements. No one is left behind!

BEGINNERS PILATES

Beginner classes are designed for those who have never done Pilates before or want to go over the basics after a long break.  For these participants a slower pace is adopted to suit personal development, focusing on technique, working on strengthening muscles to support the skeletal structure, stabilising core engagement, and improving mobility and flexibility.

MIXED ABILITY PILATES

Mixed Ability is a class aimed at all levels and completely suitable for first-timers. Adaptations and modifications are provided to suit individual needs. Progressions are given to those who are ready, to ensure everyone is getting the most out of each session.

BARRE

BARRE

A fun, low-impact but high-intensity 45-minute workout. Combining Pilates and Ballet inspired movements, targeting your entire body. No dance experience is needed. Working on muscle strength and endurance, flexibility, and core stability. Improving cardio health without jumping around.

 Barre Pilates uses high reps with low-weight micro-movements until muscles reach fatigue, bringing on ‘The Shake’!

Using both mat and Ballet Barre (standing), we target upper body exercises with light weights and body weight, resistance bands, and ball to target legs, bum, and core.

MOBILITY TRAINING - 

FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER - I'M BRINGING FUNCTIONAL RANGE CONDITIONING INTO A CLASS SETTING! THIS IS NORMALLY ONLY ACCESSIBLE AT 1 TO 1 SESSIONS. CLASSES ARE KEPT SMALL FOR THE BEST RESULTS. 

Combining Pilates and FRC Mobility training- these classes are a comprehensive movement-based system designed to improve joint health, mobility, and fundamental movements.

Learn the basics of healthy joint mobility through slow-paced, instructional mobility drills. We explore active ROM (range of motion) in your spine, wrists, elbows, shoulders, hips, knees, and ankles. Working on mobility development, articular strength, and neurological control.


Who is this for?

Mobility training is suitable for absolutely everybody. From those suffering from movement deficits, injury, surgery, inflammation, and musculoskeletal conditions to reduce pain and improve mobility to the high-end athlete and gym-goers who want to improve their sports performance and mitigate injuries. Every exercise can be adjusted to each participant, no matter what level.

CHAIR PILATES

A gentle seated Pilates class focusing on building up strength, core stability, and overall flexibility. Specifically designed for clients that struggle to get down onto the floor/mat to exercise.
In this class, we focus on balance, posture, and core strength for better gait and overall balance. Strengthening feet, ankles, knees, and hips to stabilize the lower body as well as core, back and shoulder girdle to support the shoulders and spine.
As I get to know you and the group, I tend to customise the workout program to fit and suit everybody. Classes are kept small for individual attention.
