All classes are mixed ability (unless stated otherwise) and all levels are welcome. I teach options for each exercises and I adapt movements to fit and suit every person. Classes are small and friendly.
TO ENSURE A WEEKLY SPOT IS AVAILABLE AND TO REINFORCE ACCOUNTABILITY WITH ATTENDANCE, MONTHLY PACKAGES ARE OFFERED. CLASSES ARE PROGRAMMED TO PROGRESS YOUR BODY’S ABILITY WITH A CONTINUOUS WEEK TO WEEK ATTENDANCE. THIS APPROACH ENSURES THAT I CAN KEEP CLASS SIZE SMALL, AND YOU GET THE MOST OUT OF THE TRAINING WITH ME.

I DO PROVIDE INDIVIDUAL CLASS PARTICIPATION; THIS WORKS WELL FOR MANY OF THE ATHLETES, ADVANCED PILATES GOERS AND YOGA INSTRUCTORS I TEACH - AS A TOP UP TO THEIR OWN PERSONAL TRAINING.
ALL CLASSES ARE KEPT SMALL FOR INDIVIDUAL ATTENTION.
All classes provided by Sandra are suitable for all levels and kept small for individual attention. As an exercise specialist, Sandra is qualified and insured to train professional athletes and individuals with long-term conditions and injuries. Adaptation, modifications, and options are provided in each class and every exercise to suit individual needs and or limitations.
In doing so, participants are provided an exercise plan that is uniquely catered to addressing individual requirements. No one is left behind!
Beginner classes are designed for those who have never done Pilates before or want to go over the basics after a long break. For these participants a slower pace is adopted to suit personal development, focusing on technique, working on strengthening muscles to support the skeletal structure, stabilising core engagement, and improving mobility and flexibility.
MIXED ABILITY PILATES
Mixed Ability is a class aimed at all levels. A little faster-paced than Beginner classes but completely suitable for first-timers. Adaptations and modifications are provided to suit individual needs. Progressions are given to those who are ready, to ensure everyone is getting the most out of each session.
A fun, low-impact but high-intensity 45-minute workout. Combining Pilates and Ballet inspired movements, targeting your entire body. No dance experience is needed. Working on muscle strength and endurance, flexibility, and core stability. Improving cardio health without jumping around.
Barre Pilates uses high reps with low-weight micro-movements until muscles reach fatigue, bringing on ‘The Shake’!
Using both mat and Ballet Barre (standing), we target upper body exercises with light weights and body weight, resistance bands, and ball to target legs, bum, and core.
MOBILITY TRAINING -
FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER - I'M BRINGING FUNCTIONAL RANGE CONDITIONING INTO A CLASS SETTING! THIS IS NORMALLY ONLY ACCESSIBLE AT 1 TO 1 SESSIONS. CLASSES ARE KEPT SMALL FOR THE BEST RESULTS.
Combining Pilates and FRC Mobility training- these classes are a comprehensive movement-based system designed to improve joint health, mobility, and fundamental movements.
Learn the basics of healthy joint mobility through slow-paced, instructional mobility drills. We explore active ROM (range of motion) in your spine, wrists, elbows, shoulders, hips, knees, and ankles. Working on mobility development, articular strength, and neurological control.
Who is this for?
Mobility training is suitable for absolutely everybody. From those suffering from movement deficits, injury, surgery, inflammation, and musculoskeletal conditions to reduce pain and improve mobility to the high-end athlete and gym-goers who want to improve their sports performance and mitigate injuries. Every exercise can be adjusted to each participant, no matter what level.
A gentle seated Pilates class focusing on building up strength, core stability, and overall flexibility. Specifically designed for clients that struggle to get down onto the floor/mat to exercise.
In this class, we focus on balance, posture, and core strength for better gait and overall balance. Strengthening feet, ankles, knees, and hips to stabilize the lower body as well as core, back and shoulder girdle to support the shoulders and spine.
As I get to know you and the group, I tend to customise the workout program to fit and suit everybody. Classes are kept small for individual attention.

Why month-by-month Package Bookings?
It’s to ensure that you can remain in your chosen class. Newcomers can't push you out by purchasing a package at the end of yours.
I do not sell more packages than spaces I have, creating no competition to gain space.
Many classes are currently completely full. This is my way to stay committed to you and to ensure you can continue the following month.
PACKAGE OF 4 CLASSES (MONTHLY)
Secure your space for the 4 weeks in your chosen class.
Gain progress with your continuous week-to-week attendance.
Package holders have priority to book for the following month.
*Monthly priority bookings are subject to payment being made by the due date given month by month.
* MEDICAL FORM MUST BE COMPLETED TO ATTEND CLASS
Once package bookings have been collected :
Individual classes can be booked via me directly or on the online booking system. Two options
Booked in Advance
Book and pay for classes in advance ( month by month), which secures your space in the chosen class/es.
Pay As You Go
Pay on the day of the class, either by bank transfer ( text me if so) or with cash at class. I highly recommend that you text me before you travel to the hall to check availability. Spaces are given on a first come/pay, first, serve basis. There have been a handful of times that I have had to turn clients away at the door, which feels awful. Please check on the day of the class.
If there are no spaces left on the booking system, you can request to be placed on the waiting list with a click of a button. You will be placed in the order of request. This can also be done via contacting me directly
Packages secure your space for the chosen class, for the month and give you the priority to book the following month. If a class can't be attended and you give me 24 hours notice, I will try my best to fit you into a different class that same week. However, transfers and credits are not a guarantee. Credits/transfers can not be made to the following month.
BOOKING POLICY - Please note that refunds or credits for packages/individual classes are not available, so take care when booking. If there is a space in a different class in the same week - I might be able to swap, depending on availability.
