Booking & Cancellations:

• Please note that refunds or credits are not available for either packages or individual classes.

• If you need to cancel with at least 24 hours' notice, I might be able to swap you to a different class that same week, depending on availability.

• Confirmation for swaps can only be done on the day of the swap class.

• ​Class bookings are personal and non-transferable. Your class spot is reserved exclusively for you. Sharing your booking is not permitted. There is a strict no-sharing policy for bookings to maintain fairness and prevent bypassing waiting lists or package abuse.
