Service Description

Thursday's class is a bit faster-paced than other classes and is for those who have done Pilates before. Adaptations and options are still given and as always - clients are expected to work at their own pace and within their own boundaries (fitness level, injuries, or medical conditions)Progressions are given to those who are ready, to ensure everyone is getting the most out of each session. 

Cancellation Policy

Please note that refunds or credits for packages/individual classes are not available, so take care when booking. If there is a space in a different class in the same week - I might be able to swap, depending on availability. I can only confirm a space on the day of the class as a swapped class can't be added to the booking system.
