Service Description

A class designed specifically for runners coming back from their Wednesday run. To aid recovery from repeated impact loading. Decompressing the spine, hips, knees, and ankles to mitigate injuries. This session will focus on strengthening exercises and mobility drills that can aid running technique and avoid injuries by focusing on core stability and strength, breathing technique, hip flexion, extension and rotation, and control of the shoulders and overall posture. Because running is a repetitive and one-plane movement a small imbalance in the muscles and gait can easily become magnified by an injury. This class can help identify this and strengthen these weaknesses.

Please note that refunds or credits for packages/individual classes are not available, so take care when booking. If there is a space in a different class in the same week - I might be able to swap, depending on availability. I can only confirm a space on the day of the class as a swapped class can't be added to the booking system.
