Beginners Pilates 4 Week Course, Fridays 9.30am
You will learn the fundamental principles of Pilates, using the resistance of your own body, the mat exercises promote a balance and coordination between strength and flexibility, muscular and mental activity, correct breathing technique and an increase in range and mobility.

This course is suitable for anyone with a body and all levels are welcome.
We will learn and work on the importance of technique and breathing and the 6 core principles of Pilates - Breath, Concentration, Control, Precision, Core and Flow.
